Rates and Taxes

Rates are per room, based upon double occupancy, unless otherwise noted. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates may vary on weekends, holidays and school vacations. All rates are subject to 5.7 percent state tax and 4 percent local tax, which are additional.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Children under 18 are FREE when accompanied by adults sharing the same accommodation. Cribs are FREE.

Access

The common areas and entrance to the John Carver Inn are wheelchair accessible. An elevator services all floors. There are limited rooms available with complete access. Please advise us of your special needs.

Pilgrim Cove Indoor Theme Pool

The Pilgrim Cove Indoor Theme Pool is available to registered guests only.

Extra Person

There is a $20 charge for each additional adult. There is a $20 charge for each roll-away bed.

Check in/Check out

Check in is after 3 PM. Check out is prior to 11 AM.

Deposit Policy

A deposit equivalent to one night's lodging is required to hold your reservation. Refunds: Your deposit will be refunded in full if you cancel your reservation more than 2 days prior to arrival. If you cancel your reservation within 2 days of arrival, you will be charged for one night's lodging. Note: Certain group rates or reservations during busy times of the year may have different cancellation policies (i.e. weddings, Thanksgiving, etc).
