With its rich history and natural beauty, New England exerts a powerful draw on couples who envision a traditional wedding. From picturesque beaches and beautiful forests to charming towns and bustling cities, New England offers an amazing array of options for your wedding day. Are you ready to step back in time to begin your “happily ever after”?

A ceremony in a garden among the spring blooms would be enchanting. Jenney Pond and Brewster Gardens, located just across the street from the John Carver Inn, are beautiful backdrops for your ceremony or for photo opportunities. Beach ceremonies are all the rage in the summer! Plymouth Beach is an incredible location and Plymouth Harbor offers an amazing backdrop for photo opportunities. Have you considered a ceremony in the fall? One word: foliage. New England is particularly gorgeous in the fall, and photos in front of Plymouth’s historic ivy-covered brick buildings are a must. If you’re planning a winter wedding, take advantage of the outdoor sparkle! Be sure to take photos playing in the snow.
For your reception, our romantic Winslow Room is an excellent choice for an intimate reception of 30. The beautifully decorated Governor Carver Fireside Room accommodates up to 135 guests.
Let’s talk food! Seafood is a must for any New England wedding. Our award-winning cuisine and exquisite presentation will impress your guests. We offer traditional New England fare, including plated dinners, buffet dinners and a magnificent clambake featuring New England clam chowder, whole steamed lobster, steamed clams, steamed mussels, barbeque chicken, baby back ribs, and more.
